Rules & Regulation

Monthly fees are due between the 25th and 30th of each month and must be paid via online transfer only. Payments made in advance for upcoming school sessions are accepted.

Please notify management of any late payments after the 30th. Parents should provide a specific date for payment to assist us in sending reminders and managing collections. Late fees will only be accepted until the 7th for valid reasons.

We do not accept cash payments for fees and no deductions for holidays or broken periods. However, a 20% discount may be considered for absences of fewer than 5 days. The policy of carrying forward monthly fee payments is not permitted.

Please send a payment receipt to facilitate tracking of your payments.

Fees are non-refundable once paid. When making an online transfer, please include the following details in the reference: the child’s name, invoice number, and the month of payment.

Students are required to take a shower before attending school.

Students must wear clothes that have been designated for each day. They should arrive at school by 6:00 AM.

Parents should regularly check their children's bags for reading books and homework.

Toys should not be brought from home, as LACC will not be responsible for any lost or damaged toys.

Wearing jewelry is not advisable, as LACC will not be responsible for any loss.

Students with symptoms such as fever, cough, and flu-like symptoms cannot come to school.

Parents should not send a child suffering from an infectious disease or illness to LACC.

Students with an infectious disease or illness will be sent home and only allowed to return once they have been symptom-free for 24 hours.

No medicine is allowed in school. If the students are not well, they need to take medical leave.

For any inquiries, parents should call or text the LACC contact number directly during working hours.

Parents are responsible for providing their children’s necessities, such as milk and diapers.

All items must be labeled with the child's name. LACC is not responsible for any lost items.

Overtime (OT) payments will be charged after 6:00 PM at a rate of RM10.00 per hour. Double OT payments will be charged on public holidays.

All students are required to attend all organized events held by LACC.

Parents are not allowed to choose a specific teacher during the OT period, as teachers are assigned to OT duty.

Only verified parents and guardians are allowed to pick up their children.

Students must wear the designated clothing for each day. LACC will implement a new uniform, and associated charges will apply.

Parents are not permitted to stay and wait for their children during the learning sessions.

LACC will observe public holidays as per the calendar that will be sent to parents.

LACC reserves the right to grant a maximum of four additional holiday days each year. Notice of these holiday(s) will be provided two weeks in advance.

Parents are only allowed to drop off and pick up their child at the entrance.  Entry is not permitted unless granted.
